National Change of Address (NCOA)

Matched against the USPS National Change of Address (NCOA) database this process returns the new CAS standardized address for any person, family or business that has moved or changed their address listing within the last four years.

 

Certified Address Standardization (CAS)

Certified Address Standardization converts the addresses on a list to the standard Zip-4 format required by the USPS to qualify for lower Bulk Mailing rates. CAS is sometimes referred to as Zip-4 Certification.

 

Delivery Point Verification (DPV)

Delivery Point Verification is a new service developed by the USPS to help reduce cost. It verifies whether or not an address exists and can receive mail.
